[Vwdiesel] Back on the air and list "personality" issues

As I'm sure you all noticed, we were off the air and are now back.
Some major problems required a reinstallation of the server, and in the 
process we ended up changing hosting providers.

I'm aware of some discord on the list due to Hagar's posts.  I will 
address these with him offline, and I repeat my invitation for someone 
well-regarded to become a list moderator, since I don't have the time to 
do it given everything else I do :)

I noticed in the archives that someone suggested that I buy a diesel.  I 
do drive one, in fact, I've never posted this here, but I run a parts 
business dedicated to VW TDIs (http://www.tdiparts.com) and I would be 
glad to source any parts for "regular" TDs as well.

Please remember that the list is a community resource.  Keep your posts 
on topic, quote sparingly (and trim replies), and be courteous to 
others.  Anyone who cannot abide by these simple guidelines will be 
asked to leave.
