Rascal = Winner does not (necessarily) compute.  You're missing a more 
important piece of the equation IMO.

Rascal + Itelligence = Winner    makes sense
Cooperative + Intelligence = Winner   makes sense

Rascal + Lack of Itelligence = Criminal or Worse
