  I think all of mine do.  Only one I distinctly remember checking was the
Rabbit. It'd glow the whole time if the key was left on long enough.  Warm
or cold.  Just the light timed.

I don't think they're repairable.  Considering they spend most of their
life
"stored" in the recesses of your "C" pillar, I'd say they'll deteriorate in
storage.  Since they're high pressure they MIGHT be rebuildable but I
doubt by any of us and cost effectiveness???  :-(
