[Vwdiesel] 13' and 14' wheels

Go ahead and swap 'em.  No problem.  I am running 13" tires (because they
were like brand new) from a 1984 Jetta on the front of my '91 Jetta and 14"
tires on the back of the 91 Jetta.  They all look to be the same OD.
