[Vwdiesel] Coolant Leak at Cylinder Head Flange, 1.9L NA engine

  Yup, often one or both of those holes (always?) is a "through hole" into 
the 
coolant jacket.  Put a little sealer on the bolt and put it back in. :-)  Dry 

would be better.
