VW kinda likes fuses it seems. Wierd at first but once you realize
that at least half of them are for lighting, it makes more sense. Seems
like overkill but sure helps when trying to isolate a problem in a circuit.
I'll probably put a few in the truck when I build a harness for it. Just
like
a house. I lived in one with too few circuits (heck, ALL I've lived in!) A
few
extra fused/breaker circuits is no more complex when it comes down to
it. More wire but less complex really.
Having mostly dealt with VW/Audi circuitry with only my Porsche and
Mustang to compare it to, it never seemed complex to me. The wiring
diagrams are totally different though. Makes sense one day, none at
all on others! ;-)
