[Vwdiesel] Timer options

I think the one I have is a Noma one and yes its meant for block heaters ...
if I remember right, you can even set in on for two different times, which
is great for me and my wife as we leave at different times. Just move the
plug from one car to the next. Usually only a couple of hours is required
on the coldest of days.
