  Certaily OT but the new GFI's default to the OFF/tripped position rather 
than the on position.  A few were failing with no warning and then not 
protecting so they made them default the other way.  Problem with that 
is that if you have a power outage and your freezer is plugged into a GFI 
protected circuit, your freezer WILL NOT go back on until you reset that 
GFI (as well as the others in your house.)  :-(
