A LAW is good --if it lowers your tax ? --right -Right.  A LAW is bad if it ups your tax =
right --Right.

A Jim Crow law is good (excellent)  if you are a maggot ----A Jim Crow law is BAD   if you
are a chocolate Bunny..

PS :   what does Hagar consider a GOOD LAW ?   ---under Danelaw in England --is was
clearly stated that NO Englishman was allowed to drink beer  --except in the company of a
