Can I adjust that lever stop that the throttle lever rests on or does it
mess with something inside the pump?
Sure, that adjusts the idle speed, but if you go too high it's
kinda like it goes into a "transition" area. It WILL drop to idle
but sometimes it takes long enough that you wonder if it ever
will.
