........................would a strap such as a leather belt hold that 
cover on? Maybe two belts.....
........................Or maybe a Velcro closure strap. You can get Velcro 
and strapping at a fabric store, where they sell sewing supplies and bolts 
of cloth.   Is that hillbilly enough?      Doyt Echelberger
