  NADA is "normal market value" more or less.  Current pricing reflects 
the price of fuel.  High mileage cars that are proven dependable are 
bringing a premium in many cases now.  Fer instance Quattros have 
always brought at least double here of what they do most of the country 
and even a bit more than the Seattle area.
