I'm much closer to the second than the first - I don't think the tile in the
first garage would hold up the first time you tried to pound apart some
rusted suspension component on the floor.  Would make cleaning up all the
rust particles easier when done!!

  Make a nice family room but I guess I'm actually spoiled 
enough that some of the equipment seems a little light 
duty.  :-)  Here's what a shop looks like "in use."  Not much of 
the good stuff in view though.
