Loren, you're going to have a hard time finding one of those in the 
Northwest for cheap.  Especially if you have your heart
set on a Bridgeport.  You might look into some of the other popular 
mills from the old days, such as a Gorton, Tree, Wells-Index,
or similar.  Frequently much cheaper than true Bridgeports.  Heck, we're 
swimming in manual mills around here with all the Tier-2 and
3 suppliers going out of business, and I still haven't been able to find 
a decent vertical mill for less than $1500 or so.
