I Had that problem. but the fluid level was slowly going down.
On my right rear brakes one seal on the plunger inside the drum was bad. I didn't
notice the leak ,as it was dribbling out of the inside of the wheel rim and being washed away from driving in rain and snow, and centrifical force.
Sometimes it leaked ,sometimes it didn't depending on the pedal force I used.
