I used to see these growing up in NYC a lot. They also did these "carriage 
tops" with 1980's Nissan Maximas And Toyota Camrys, and they often were 
placed on cars with a lot of the stick-on fake chrome trim, etc. Now it just 
needs 100 spoke gold plated rims and fully tinted windows to be be truly 
pimped out. :)

I've never seen one of these before (thankfully).
