[Vwdiesel] Need a 1.6NA tb cover

When I built my VW diesel powered genset I started with a 1984, 1.6NA and
after discovering it was baffed had to re and re it with a 1980, 1.5 that I
was fortunate to obtain. Indeed, the timing belt covers ARE different. In
my case the 1.5 has a cool looking metal cover that is secured with bolts.
IIRC the 1.6 cover was mostly plastic and held on with metal snaps.
