[Vwdiesel] 200 Jetta TDI - Low power/stalling

intercooler full of oil?
air filter plugged with bugs and crap?
Mice built a nest?

What year car, condition, etc... more info makes it easier to come up 
with ideas Jerry.

05-06 Passat funnels the bugs and shit straight into the snow screen in 
the airbox, plugs it up solid. almost no auxiliary inlet too.
