[Vwdiesel] 94 TD accelerator cable popped off pedal!

Thanks, Roger, but it's not that style of connection.  (unless I'm
missing something on the page) There's no hook on the end of the cable,
instead there is a little rubber canister (part of the wire, not a part
of the pedal)  It's also not turned 90 degrees to the cable, but it's
straight on.

I'm not sure how to connect it since the rubber canister doesn't fit
into the opening, unless I need to compress it something fierce.
