[Vwdiesel] blinking alternator light ??

Rolf, when you get a warm day, please go to a car wash
with hot water and spray up you motor with a Simple
Green solution, about 50/50 mix with hot water.
Let it soak for 5 -10 minutes on the warm engine.
Then power hose your motor down and get her cleaned
up.

Glad it was something simple, those brushes are fine.
