[Vwdiesel] Wiring Issues Behind Fuse Block

  Fuse block is held in with one screw on a Rabbit.  
Remove the screw, pull toward you a tad, lift a half 
inch and it'll pull out and down.  Not terribly far either.  
There are about 7 multi pin connectors plugged into it as 
well as a half dozen spade terminals and maybe a couple 
relay holders in slots on the top or side.  
  It looks fragile and daunting but most of the wires will 
stay connected almost all the time.  A wiring diagram makes 
putting them back correctly fairly easy and the multi connectors 
are all numbered and colored to make them easy.  Once they're 
off things are a lot more flexible.
  Usually the problem tends to be with the switches on the pump.  
Mine even works if I mess with those switches for a half hour or 
so, cleaning, working them etc.
