they are projector lights. In wonder if the dot legal thing is for real...
Here's a nice one, a direct replacement 9004 "HID" xenon bulb. yeah
right. 190062101174 complete trash.

Might try to search england ebay site. there was an British guy
shipping factory vw e codes over here for a really reasonable price some
time ago. he might still be in business.
Daniel is perhaps the most knowledgeable automotive lighting person on
the planet. Just read read read. The amount of information there is
accurate and bountiful. Prices correspond with the level of service.
