[Vwdiesel] Air in fuel lines

My air in fuel lines no start 94 1.6TD FrankenJetta last winter ended up
being sludge in the tank, which basically meant I was pulling high
vacuum on the lines since nothng would flow out of the tank.  It pulled
over 20 inches Hg before the car stalled out (It normally runs around
2-3 inches).  I cleaned it out this fall, and cleaned the pickup screen
with isopropyl alcohol, and -15F with no problems so far (yeah, well, I
just had the IP resealed, but that's another story).
