[Vwdiesel] IP Leak

So how widespread over the country is this?  Could it be a single 
refinery issue, or more a national thing?
Anyone hearing stuff sing out.
I have to drop by the local Bosch palace tomorrow, I'll inquire as to 
what's going on here.
