The injection quantity at idle was indeed about 1.6.  I'll have to
research what to change to get it up to normal, but I'm sure it will
succumb to the power of the web.  The thing I don't understand is how it
got that low.  If it's calling for 3-5 and I'm getting ~1.6, why is it
dropping?  The fuel filter is new and the engine is fine at normal speeds.

I can fix it for now.  I guess my scientifically trained mind is just
always very catious and skeptical.
