[Vwdiesel] changing the timing belt

not sure about the rest, but the pulley being loose on the shaft seems 
like a worn keyway in either the pulley or the shaft. Make sure the key 
isn't worn. If that pulley has slop in it with the nut torqued down, 
you could spin the pulley on the shaft eventually.
