T&D Machine in Bothell WA. Actually Kenmore works on VW water cooled blocks.
I've been told they have Torque Plates for boring them.  They do all the
work for Joe Biesman Volkswagen in Kenmore.

Just pulled and broke down my 1.6. 
In need of a machine shop good with these blocks to do the boring, hot tank,
etc......
