Speaking of Algae and Biodiesel, it's worth recommending that folks be
careful of algae growing in biodiesel AND dino diesel.
Ask me about having to pull my fuel tank to clean out all the crud...and
this was before the biodiesel days. One summer sitting there, and there
was an amazing amount of #@$$#@ in the tank.
So, if you are going to let your diesel vehicle (or boat, or whatever) sit
for more than a month, do the following:
1) Fill the tank up (cuts down on condensation, where the algae grows)
2) Put in an algacide (available at farm machine stores, etc)
And, my obligatory jab at Hagar/Svend: do you really have two sisters, or
just one with alter identities? ;-) I like what Hagar/Svend/whatever
contributes technically-wise but not politically-wise.
