So this WorcesterSauce car did 36mpg imp before I retimed it accurately. Now 
I've managed to squeeze 45mpg imp... So that's a 25% improvement in economy 
moving pump from 0.93 to 1mm.
Now my other resting 'Q' would get in the high 50's and even 62mpg a few 
times and that started at 36mpg also, when I first aquired it
So its a case of move on to 'farting about' methodically to get that net 72% 
economy improvement.
Definite weaknesses are air filter, exhaust, and possibly gear box ratio 
(I'll check that tomorrow)
