[Vwdiesel] Pump operation data (fueling)

I still can't get to that link Shawn ah well...

To change the subject slightly why didn't VW adopt that sphygmomanometer 
pump type priming bulb that Citroen/Peugeot incorporated into their fuel 
lines?
