  If it's wearing on one edge or the other then your camber is off (too 
negative if
 wearing on the inside, too positive if on the outside.)  Toe also needs to 
be off 
to make the misalignment actually "scrub" off the rubber on the side with the 

heavy contact.  
  Pulling could be a bearing, brakes or alignment.  Generally more of a 
caster 
thing but big diff in camber should be able to do it however that would throw 

the caster out as well, so..... 
  I'd check your tie rods for slop and be sure to check the inner end as 
well.  
(Just pull the tire, grab and wiggle as if turning the wheel.)  I'd also 
check 
the right, lower arm for a worn bushing or for damage.  Stick a pry bar or 
large screwdrive in there and pry down on the ball joint and try to do a 
wiggle 
as well.
