[Vwdiesel] Rabbit Brake Booster alternatives?

  The brake booster doesn't fail too often.  The pump should hold a pretty 
good 
grip on your finger if you hold it over the open hose.  Like Roger suggested 
it could be the valves in the pump.  Clean the hoses and try the "suck test" 
in both directions to see if they hold like they should.  Sometimes you can 
clean and mess and they'll work.  I had better luck with that than the new 
ones that came in the kit once.
   Suck test on the booster will tell if it's leaking.  Sometimes they do 
leak 
at the seal to the brake booster, which is fixable.  :-)
