[Vwdiesel] Retorquing streach head bolts

[82 Diesel Westy]

Humm, I have not heard this either about re-torquing
stretch bolts.
I have put about 1K on my 1.9na now, should I go back
in and do another 90 degree turn on each?

Should this be done with the motor warm or cold?
