[Vwdiesel] Dodge diesel into a Jeep

The only diesel Dodge uses is the 6 cylinder Cummings diesel, the same one that is is my 30' Rockwood diesel pusher that gets all of 10 MPG. Wouldn't that engine be too heavy for a Jeep? DaimlerChrysler offeres a diesel option on its Jeeps assembled here but sold in Europe & outside North America. I would try to find out what engine it is & see if you could get one. Some of our members who live in Europe could probably answer this & maybe able to source one from Europe or possible Mexico. Let us know. Maybe we could get other diesels there since people have accidents with total loses all over the world.
