[Vwdiesel] crank bolt tool

thanks to Rudy for the tool tip on tightening the front crankshaft
bolt that holds on the timing sprocket.  I took a flat piece of metal
3 in wide and about 18 in long and bored holes just like the pulley,
bolted it onto the sprocket, put on the torque wrench set at 130 lbs
and pushed with my foot, easy.  The tool pressed against the lower
control arm and didn't budge.  The starter took it off easily, but
this was the way to put it back on.
