  Simple.  1 1/16" or 27mm deep socket.  It MUST be punched 
out all the way though or it won't work.  If it has "heft" to the upper 
area then get a different one or a lathe to clearance it.
  When removing injectors it's best to use an impact wrench and 
rattle it out.  Second best is a conventional breaker bar/rachet 
but be SURE you don't lean on your vectors.  ;-)  Always remove 
them by pushing toward the engine and NEVER by pulling toward 
the injector pump!!!!!!!  You can crack the thin area around the 
injector if you end up with a leaning force instead of a simple twisting 
one.
