  Nah, I can't even find one for a "slight twist and it's apart" old Chevy 
booster.  Diaphragm rebuild that was talked about was for the vacuum 
pump but being a 5K you have a rotary style rather than a reciprocating 
diaphragm type.
  Free play is the "slack" between the pushrod and the master cylinder 
piston.  If you don't have a bit of free play there, it hangs forward in a 
non-released state.
