See, now this is what pisses me off about Moderators.  They get dibs on 
all the good stuff.


To answer your question, your egt is what you set it to be as a function 
of max fueling and timing advance.  THis is why you NEED an EGT gauge if 
you plan on doing stuff like this.  It's do-able, but you have to think 
lots. Turbos actually cool off the fire by packing more air in.  It's 
only when you add fuel to the mix that the temp goes up.
