[Vwdiesel] turbo on NA engine

Another way to go on turboing a n.a. block is to go for normilization.  
This is where a turbo is used to bring engine performance up to where is 
would be on a standard day at sea level if it didn't have a turbo.  In 
theory you would not exceed the design of the n.a. pieces yet have a 
better running engine.  If one is really careful you can manually 
control the waste gate, but as pilots of a certain company frieght 
company found out if you decend without opening up the wastegate you 
will leave cylinders laying in the bottom of the cowl from overboost.
