[Vwdiesel] per mile costs

Well, as vehicles become more efficient, I guess we can expect that.
There is precedent... if you are self employed like us Andrew, or have
performance incentives plus salary at work and work harder to earn more
income, your rewards are to pay a higher percentage of your income as tax.
Lovely system.   And they wonder why people don't want to work...
