1) Do you have to smog diesels in Washington State? Fortunately diesels are exempt from the smog test in Calif.
2) Why don't you like Hugo Chavez? The takes money from the oil billionaires & shares it with the poor of Venezuela. Citco is owned by the nationalized Venezuelan oil company. I would buy from Citco but I don't see those stations around where I live which is in the old gold mining area (Grass Valley & Nevada City) about 60 miles NE of Sacramento.
