Rookie's fuel volume screw adjustment. ;-)
If you do find that your Rabbit's cable adjustment is shockingly
loose, causing a noticeable decrease in power, take a look at
where the cable connects to the top of the accelerator pedal's
lever. They used to use a foam-ish bushing in there. They rot
and the cable pulls into it, increasing the slop in the cable and
reducing the amount of pull you have. Golfs (USA, in other words
A2's) use a rubber bushing which is hard to steal and push in
but well worth it.
