[Vwdiesel] super charging a diesel

Yea, thats what I thought too, the volume of air it would have to push 
would be just to great I think to overcome the draw from the engine. 
Though I did see an electric "roots" type blower for the gassers that 
did work, but that came with everything to totally seal the intake due 
to the increased air pressure and at a substancial price difference, 
like $1900 versus the 120 that guy wanted for the "fan" The golf goes 
in Monday for the new exhaust. I pulled a head pipe off a diesel in the 
bone yard for the pattern and welded up a new 2.25" head pipe from 
Schedule 10 stainless ,  The rest of the exhaust will be regular 
exhaust pipe, I couldn't get enough schd 10 at the scrap yard to do the 
whole exhaust, at least that wasn't "pre" bent already. I got a 
california turbo muffler for $20 at auto zone, so this project is gonna 
cost me around $100 all together, not to shabby.
