[Vwdiesel] 90A diesel alternator?

I am trying to find out if a 90A bosch alternator was ever offered on A2 
diesels with power steering. I am currently running a 65A bosch on my 
1.6TD vanagon using the Jetta mounts. I have added an A2 Jetta power 
steering pump which works well using a second pulley on the water pump. I 
like that it gives me two belts on the water pump. I also use the tach, so 
would prefer to keep the pulley size the same (but could re-calibrate the tach 
if I had to).I need either a stock 90A to fit this setup, or to make one...

I have a 90A Bosch from the Vanagon ('88), and a spare 65A Jetta TD 
alternator. The 90A isn't a direct fit on the Jetta bracket. Is there a way to 
merge these two units to make a 90A using the front plate from the 65A?
