[Vwdiesel] Digital Diesel Tachometer

[82 Diesel Westy]

Should work just fine, great for setting the motor
after changing timing belt or doing injection pump
work.........as we all seem to have to do from time to
time.

I looked at the specs. What acts as the pickup, you
stick a magnet on the pump sproket.

Doesn't the IP sprocket turn 2 times for 1 rotation of
the crank?


I guess you just devide by 2 then to get the RPM's ?

Thanks Maynard, for the price, you can't beat it I
guess, but not something you would use all the time I
guess.
