[Vwdiesel] Ultra-Low sulfur diesel fuel mandate

I have been worrying about lubricity since the original reductions were put 
in place, because I never heard about the changes in refining to which you 
refer. Ten years of unnecessary concern. AAAArrrrgggghhhh!

That answers all my questions. And that isn't the first time a Hansen post 
has been very helpful to me on this list.  As a result of that input, I can 
comfortably keep my two 80's era VW diesels and consider adding to my fleet :~)
