[Vwdiesel] No sulfur diesel fuel lubricity

	It may be here sooner than we think. We got a fuel delivery at work
today, and the driver stuck a placard on the tank:

	"Low Sulphur Highway Diesel Fuel (500 ppm sulfur maximum) Warning:
Federal law prohibits use in model year 2007 and later highway vehicles and
engines. Its use may damage these vehicles and engines."

	I didn't notice it until after the driver left, so I couldn't ask
for details, like how long we can keep getting the old stuff. I pointed it
out to our ops manager and vehicle maintenance superintendent. It seemed to
focus their attention. We have a mix of highway vehicles and construction &
maintenance equipment, with at least one new truck on order, model year
unknown at this point, and one above ground Diesel fuel tank. Oh, yeah, and
the fire trucks all fill up there, too.
