Has Parts Place changed ownership?
It used to be a real buyer beware type operation, definitely a no-no for 
anything that wasn't made by someone else, and in a sealed package.
I doubt a new website changes much...

I would be remiss in not mentioning our humble list host's fine 
establishment www.tdiparts.com  for the owners of the more recent stuff.
