[Vwdiesel] Missing heat shield part

It was a single piece VW, and the injector shows carbon buildup 
indicating that the center piece was missing for a while.  

Smooth "cut".

Oh, I put these injectors in after a partial head rebuild (exhaust
guides, seals) at 200K miles.  I put the old injectors in with new 
heatshields, and was going to put some time on them prior to putting
the new injectors I got.  Today I was swapping injectors and noticed
the problem in #2.  No sign of any metal in the precombustion chamber.

Wierd.
