[Vwdiesel] Bunny Update

Didn't do too much on the Green Rabbit today. I was
going to change the master cylinder out, but broke off
both of the front bleeder screws, and then broke the
Craftsman extractor off inside one of them! Too bad
Sears won't replace the thing their extractor ruined.

It was at that point that I started wondering if I
should just sell them as is. I know that the Green
Rabbit will run and drive itself, but needs some more
work before being a truely reliable car. I just don't
know when I will hit the point of dimishing returns on
fixing it for a sale.

On a whim, I threw the battery into the other rabbit
just to see if it would start. It has been sitting
for about a year and a half.

After a couple glows (because I forgot that the engine
wouldn't crank until the belts were plugged in) the
engine started after just a couple revolutions of the
starter, basically immediately. It doesn't have a
muffler so it is loud, but it did idle nicely!

I'll probably clear the junk out of both of them
tomorrow and you'll likely see them on ebay very soon,
unless I get an offer before that.
